April Cueto

Associate Director Client Services at Afni

April Cueto has a diverse background in customer service and call center management. April started their career at TELUS International Philippines in 2007 as an Operations Supervisor, where they managed a team of agents and conducted performance appraisals. April then moved on to Five9 in 2012, working as an Implementation Manager. In this role, they managed the implementation of the Five9 Virtual Call Center suite for various customers. From 2014 to the present, April has been with Afni, Inc., where they started as a Dialer Manager, overseeing the dialer system and implementing strategies for optimal performance. April later transitioned into the role of Associate Director of Client Services, where they continue to excel.

April Cueto attended St Joseph's College of Quezon City from 2018 to 2022, completing a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management.
