Carl Enchelmayer has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Carl began their career in 1987 as a Manager at Jewel Foods, where they supervised a team of over 20 employees. From 1987 to 1993, they also served as a Batallion Headquarters Staff member in the US Army, responsible for training soldiers and staff in chemical warfare survival.
In 1993, Enchelmayer transitioned to the role of Store Manager at Blimpie, overseeing a team of more than 20 employees. Carl then joined STL in 1994 as the Vice President of Operations, where they led and directed a team of 35 employees across multiple branch locations.
Moving forward, Enchelmayer worked at Nims, Inc. from 1999 to 2003 as an Account Manager, focusing on talent acquisition and management. Carl then joined Keane, Inc. in 2004 as a Professional Development Manager, responsible for coordinating and facilitating compensation, benefits, and affirmative action programs for a large pool of employees. Carl later became a Human Resources Manager at Keane, Inc., overseeing employee care and HR-related activities for approximately 1000 employees.
Enchelmayer's work experience also includes roles at Afni where they were a Senior Human Resources Manager from 2007 to 2012, and then became the Director of Information Technology from 2012 to 2014. Finally, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Afni, responsible for strategic HR management including employee relations, recruiting, coaching, compensation, and organizational development.

Carl Enchelmayer's education history includes attending Illinois State University from 1989 to 1990, where they studied communication.
