Meghan Kelly

Meghan Kelly is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Board Support Officer and Corporate Counsel at Afognak Native Corporation since September 2019. In addition, Meghan has been an Adjunct Instructor in Business and Accounting at Kodiak College since May 2015, teaching Business Law I and II. Prior experience includes roles as Staff Attorney and Project Manager at Koniag, Inc. from May 2015 to September 2019, Environmental & Compliance Specialist at GCI from November 2012 to February 2016, and Litigation Associate at Stoel Rives LLP between September 2010 and November 2012. Meghan also gained legal experience as a Law Clerk for the Alaska Court of Appeals and Kodiak Superior Court, as well as at The Native American Rights Fund. Meghan holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Denver - Sturm College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
