Michael A. Garguilo

Michael A. Garguilo is an accomplished insurance executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as President and Chief Executive Officer of Afore Insurance Services since April 2023, Michael focuses on enabling independent agencies to enhance their business equity and growth through strategic partnerships. As the President and Chief Executive Officer of Garco Financial, LLC since 2009, Michael spearheaded the aggregation and operation of independent insurance brokerage firms, achieving significant growth and establishing a strong market presence. Previous roles include leadership positions at CBIZ Insurance Services, where Michael managed a $250 million retail brokerage enterprise, and at Brown & Brown of Texas, overseeing all brokerage operations. Michael's career also includes key positions at Chubb Insurance and The Hartford, along with a solid educational foundation with a BBA in Business Administration and Finance from Stetson University and advanced studies at Babson College.
