Sunil Roopchandani is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and system administration. Currently serving as a Principal Technical Support Engineer at AFour Technologies since October 2018, Sunil has worked on the Trilio Data project, which provides disaster recovery solutions for OpenStack Cloud, RHV, and Kubernetes/OpenShift environments. Prior to this role, Sunil worked at SEED Infotech Ltd. from September 2012 to October 2018 as a Lead Subject Matter Expert, focusing on Linux System Administration and Active Directory services. Sunil began a career in IT as a trainer at Jetking, where instruction included Microsoft Windows Server, A+, N+, and CCNA. Sunil holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Shri S.N. Sarogi Mahavidyalaya, Katni, awarded in 1999.
