Scott Johnson has over 30 years of experience in research, development, technical services, and food production, specializing in cocoa, chocolate, and snackfoods. Scott has worked for various companies, including AFP advanced food products llc, Groupe Savencia, where they are currently the Director of Research and Development. Prior to that, they worked as an independent food consultant and was considered a global expert in their field. Scott has also held positions at The Hain Celestial Group, Mars, and Cargill, where they had responsibilities in research and development, project management, and technical account management. Scott Johnson has a deep knowledge of cocoa raw materials, flavor development, and sustainability, and has experience leading teams and implementing successful business strategies globally.
Scott Johnson attended Drake University from 1992 to 1995, where they studied Biology, Genetics, and Chemistry. Scott did not obtain a degree during this time. In addition to their formal education, Scott Johnson obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, including "Delivering Results Effectively", "Leading with Purpose", and "Enhancing Your Productivity". Scott received these certifications in May 2019 and February 2019.
