Production and Operations

The Production and Operations team at AFP advanced food products llc, Groupe Savencia is responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process to ensure the efficient and timely production of aseptically packed cheese sauces, puddings, dips, and soups. This includes managing plant operations, maintaining equipment, coordinating production schedules, and ensuring inventory control. They work collectively to maintain product quality and consistency, while also optimizing the supply chain and meeting sustainability goals.
