Tam Dickson Meyer, MS, CNS is a seasoned nutrition provider with a Master's degree in Nutrition & Integrative Health from Maryland University of Integrative Health and a Bachelor's degree in Theatre Literature, History and Criticism and Political Science from Illinois State University. Currently serving as a Nutrition Provider at WholeHealth Chicago and as the Owner and Nutrition Provider of tamwellnourished, a personalized nutrition practice catering to actors and artists, Tam has also contributed to the field as a Certified Holistic Health Coach with AFPA since June 2020.
