Philippe Blondelet

Philippe Blondelet serves as the Directeur régional de l'ingénierie et de l'innovation at Afpa Grand Est since February 2023, focusing on the evolution and innovation of training devices, ensuring performance, and managing a team of 45 collaborators. Previously, Philippe held the position of Directeur des formations et de l'innovation pédagogique at Le Cnam en Grand Est from January 2017 to January 2023, where the deployment of training offers was advanced through Smart Éducation initiatives. Philippe has extensive experience in pedagogical direction and innovation at the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers, where engagements included the Cyber Sécurité project and multiple leadership roles in training management. Early career experiences include roles in local government as Adjoint au maire for the Ville de Nancy, consulting, and engineering positions, culminating in an engineering degree from Polytech Nancy.
