Matthew White

Matthew White possesses extensive experience in customer service and management across various organizations. Currently serving as a Customer Service Specialist and previously as a Customer Service Coordinator at the Association for Financial Professionals since June 2021, Matthew has also held roles such as Customer Experience Representative at the National 4-H Council and eCommerce and Fulfillment Coordinator at the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine. Noteworthy career highlights include managing merchandising for First Book, leading to significant sales growth, and receiving the National Borders Sales and Service Award twice during tenure as Sales Manager at Borders. Matthew's career began in promotions at Mute, where successful strategies led to enhanced brand awareness and chart successes for recording artists. Matthew is an alumnus of Fitchburg State University and St. Bernards Central Catholic High School.
