Jorie Schultz, PhD, is the HR director at AFPRO Filters, bringing extensive experience in human resources across various sectors. Previously, Jorie held leadership positions at companies including Stage Entertainment, Robert Walters, and Deerns Nederland, focusing on strategic HR initiatives in dynamic environments. With a strong background in talent management and organizational psychology, Jorie earned a doctorate from Delft University of Technology, where research centered on the influence of group factors in project development. Jorie also holds degrees in labor and organizational psychology and marketing from Radboud University and has completed accreditation as an academic coach.
