Alejandra Ferrari is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Directeur HR & Organisatieontwikkeling at Curaçao Medical Center since June 2023. With a strong background in HR consultancy, Alejandra has provided strategic, tactical, and operational expertise as a Freelance HR Consultant since 2014, working for various organizations including IMOSS bureau voor stedebouw bv, HandicapNL, and P&O Partner. Notably, Alejandra held the position of HR Manager at HandicapNL, focusing on projects that empower individuals with disabilities.
