Issam Mhera is a seasoned technology and finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within FinTech and IT sectors. As the CEO and Founder of PODYAM since July 2019, Issam leads a company specializing in IT solutions for asset managers, banks, and software publishers. Concurrently, Issam serves as Founder and CTO of Intiqaal Information Technology, focusing on high-quality cloud services in Saudi Arabia, and as Founder of Taathyr Solutions, which provides unique ESG solutions and the Taathyr360 platform for asset managers. In addition, Issam holds the position of Chief Technology Officer at Intiqaal-360, and serves as a Member Ambassador for the Acteurs de la Finance Responsable, promoting responsible finance practices. Prior experience includes senior technical and managerial roles at NeoXam and NEXFI, where Issam oversaw R&D and managed development projects, alongside earlier positions at R&CI, Rhodia, and Artcom International. Issam holds an engineering degree in computer science from INSAT and a certification in Project Management from PMI.
