Virginie Vitiello

Virginie Vitiello is an experienced professional in sustainable finance and ESG consulting. Currently, Vitiello serves as a participant in the CEC Monde Financier program at the Convention des Entreprises pour le Climat since November 2023 and holds a position as a member of the EFRAG Connectivity Advisory Panel since July 2023. Vitiello is the head of the sustainable finance division at Groupe Caisse des Dépôts and has been an ambassador for Acteurs de la Finance Responsable since October 2020. Previous roles include associate professor at Sciences Po, and head of ESG at STOA Infra & Energy, where impactful frameworks and procedures were developed. Vitiello has extensive consulting experience at ERM and Cadres en Mission, and led Virginie Vitiello Consulting focusing on sustainable development in the oil and gas sector. Academic qualifications include a master's degree in chemical engineering from CPE Lyon and another in energy and environment from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.
