Kerri Callender is an experienced concierge and hospitality professional with a diverse background in luxury service. Currently serving as a Safari Concierge at Africa Adventure Consultants since April 2023 and as the Founder and Concierge of LUXY-Concierge since August 2022, Kerri specializes in creating personalized experiences for clients. Prior experience includes a notable tenure at The Ritz-Carlton New York, Central Park, where Kerri excelled as a Concierge and Corporate Trainer, recognized as a finalist for the 2018 New York Big Apple Awards for "Best Concierge." Additional roles include Project Manager/Concierge at Abigail Michaels Concierge, managing services for luxury residential properties, and various positions at RIHGA Royal Hotel and Mercedes-Benz USA. Kerri holds an MBA from Georgetown University and a BA in International Relations from Syracuse University.
