Karin Le Roux has extensive work experience in various roles within the finance industry. Karin currently serves as the Associate Vice President of Portfolio Management & Optimization at Africa Finance Corporation. Previously, they worked as the Senior Vice President and Head of Recoveries at FIMBank plc in 2020. From 2017 to 2019, Karin held the position of Head of Loan Remedial Management at FBN Bank (UK) Limited, where they were responsible for reducing loan loss provisions and managing the credit watch-list portfolio. In 2003, they received a Bachelor of Commerce - Honours degree in Financial Management from the University of Johannesburg. Karin Le Roux has also obtained various certifications, including being a member of the Turnaround Management Association Southern Africa since 2014 and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries and Administrators since 2003. Karin also became an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries and Administrators in 2002.
