Charles Ngema has over two decades of experience in Human Resource management. Charles currently holds the position of Head Of Human Resource Operations at Africa Nazarene University since February 2014. Prior to this, Charles served as the Chief Human Resource Officer at Kenya National Library Service and as a Senior Human Resource Officer at The Jomo Kenyatta Foundation. Charles also has a strong educational background with a Post Graduate Diploma from Kenya Institute of Management, an MBA from University of Nairobi, and additional diplomas in Business English and a Bachelor's degree in History, Sociology, and Linguistics from Egerton University.
