Pascal Nicodeme

Pascal Nicodeme is the current Chief Financial Officer at Africa Oil. Prior to this, they were the Interim Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer at New Age (African Global Energy) Limited from June 2015 to September 2019. Before that, they were Managing Director, Head of Oil & Gas Project Finance EMEA at Standard Chartered Bank from February 2013 to April 2015. Pascal has also held the position of Head of Upstream Oil & Gas, Structured Finance - Natural Resources at Credit Agricole CIB from January 2007 to January 2013, and Head of Reserve Based Lending - Energy Structured Finance at Natexis from March 2006 to January 2007. Prior to that, they were Deputy General Manager at Perenco UK from October 2002 to February 2006. Pascal started their career as a Seismic Acquisition Engineer at TOTAL from September 1998 to July 2001.

Pascal Nicodeme has an MBA from INSEAD, an MSc in oil exploration from IFP School, and an MSc in engineering from École Polytechnique.
