Paul Werninck

Paul Werninck is an experienced professional in the fields of economics and planning, currently serving as the Group Manager of Economics and Planning at Africa Oil Corp. since January 2023. Previously, Paul held similar managerial roles at International Petroleum Corp from January 2018 to December 2022 and served as a Senior Economist there. Earlier career experience includes positions as an Economist at Lundin Petroleum, a Commercial Analyst / JV Accountant at Bowleven plc, and a Senior Auditor at ESV Chartered Accountants. Paul’s career began as a Corporate Finance Analyst / Senior Auditor at Anderson Anderson & Brown. Educational qualifications include a BA (Hons) in Accounting and Finance from Robert Gordon University and training with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.
