Temitope Aiwerioba

Temitope Aiwerioba has extensive work experience in the financial industry, with a focus on operations, customer service, and business development. Starting in 2004, they worked as a team member in the Business Development Unit at First Registrars Nigeria Limited, where they developed relationships and helped expand the company's retention. In 2005, they interned at the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, completing administrative tasks and supporting the preparation of Standard Operating Procedures. From 2006 to 2011, they worked at UBA Registrars Limited in various roles, including Front Desk Officer and Head of Front Office, where they specialized in shareholder management and document organization during acquisitions. Since 2011, Temitope has been with Africa Prudential Plc, initially as the Head of Customer Service, and later as the Head of Operations. In this role, they played a key role in transforming the company from a subsidiary of UBA Plc to a listed company on the Nigerian Stock Exchange, achieving significant profitability growth and increased operational efficiency.

Temitope Aiwerioba completed a Higher National Diploma in Insurance from Lagos State Polytechnic in 2004. They also obtained a Master of Business Administration degree from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology in 2018.
