Hinda Ruton is the Founder and CEO of Africa Quantitative Sciences since September 2022 and a PhD Candidate at The University of British Columbia, focusing on health economics and biostatistics since September 2016. Previously, Hinda served as an Assistant Lecturer at the University of Rwanda's College of Medicine and Health Sciences from January 2015 to March 2023, and as a Writing Scholar at Harvard Medical School between June 2021 and June 2022. Hinda held the position of HRH Program Coordinator at the Ministry of Health in Rwanda from April 2013 to December 2014, directing efforts to enhance the healthcare workforce. Prior roles include Director of Monitoring and Evaluation at the Rwanda Biomedical Center, a part-time lecturer at Kigali Health Institute, and various positions supporting CDC-funded projects. Hinda holds a Master of Science from the National University of Rwanda and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics from the same institution.
