Alex Mushonga has over three decades of diverse experience in academia and management. Currently serving as Acting Dean and Assistant Dean of the Faculty of Management & Administration at Africa University since February 2006, Alex has also held senior lecturer positions at multiple universities, including the University of Phoenix and the University of Derby, from April 1999 to January 2006. Previous professional roles include Human Resources Director at Barclays and Finance Director at The Leprosy Mission International. Alex holds various qualifications, including a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from Delhi University and Chartered MCIPD in Human Resource Management. Additional memberships with the Chartered Management Institute and the Institute of Directors highlight a commitment to continuous professional development in management and governance.
