Jalel Chabchoub

Jalel Chabchoub is a professional engineer and energy specialist with extensive experience in energy efficiency projects and measures. Jalel has held various roles with organizations such as the African Development Bank Group, Econoler, Deloitte Consulting LLP, and Megatech Electro Inc. Jalel'sresponsibilities have included chief investment officer, senior international energy specialist, and project manager. Jalel has expertise in designing, implementing, and evaluating energy efficiency programs and audits, supporting energy services companies, conducting market assessments, and developing strategies and action plans. Jalel has also provided training, business plan development, and capacity building support in the field of energy efficiency.

Jalel Chabchoub, P. Eng., M.A.Sc., CMVP, CEAI, obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical manufacturing Engineering from Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières in 1994. Jalel then pursued a Master's degree in Applied Science, specifically in the field of Industrial Engineering, from the same university, completing it in 1998. In addition to their educational background, Jalel Chabchoub also holds certifications, including the Certified Energy Auditor International and the Certified Measurement and Verification Professional, both from the Association of Energy Engineers.
