Max Magor Ndiaye has a diverse work experience in the finance industry spanning over two decades. Max magor started their career at Wachovia Corp as a Foreign Exchange and Derivatives Trader Analyst from October 2002 to May 2007. Following this, they joined the IFC - International Finance Corporation as a Finance Specialist in Treasury Liquid Asset Management from May 2007 to April 2009.
In 2009, Max Magor Ndiaye joined the African Development Bank Group where they held various roles over the years. Max magor served as a Senior Treasury Risk Officer in the Financial Management Department from April 2009 to March 2012. Max magor then assumed the position of Principal Financial Officer from March 2012 to January 2018. In January 2018, they became the Manager of Financial Technical Services - Client Solutions until August 2020 when they were promoted to the role of Acting Director of Syndication Co-financing and Client Solutions. Max magor further advanced in their career to become the Manager of the Syndication and Co-Financing Division from August 2020 to July 2023. Currently, they hold the role of Director of Syndication Co-financing and Client Solutions in the African Development Bank Group.
Max Magor Ndiaye obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in finance, financial institutions/Commercial Banking from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, they earned a Master's degree in Finance and Capital markets from ECOLE SUPERIEURE DE GESTION ET FINANCE PARIS FRANCE, from 1997 to 1999.
