Muzi Shongwe

Muzi Shongwe is a dedicated professional with a comprehensive background in talent management, public relations, and communications. Currently serving as a Talent Management Intern at the African Development Bank Group since March 2025, Muzi contributes to the creation of communication materials and visually engaging presentations related to talent management initiatives. Previous experience includes roles as a Public Relations Intern at Project C Foundation, focusing on program organization and coordination, and as a Public Relations & Marketing Intern at Pehchaan The Street School, where responsibilities included media relations and collaboration with various stakeholders. Additional roles with MemoTag and Golden Key Southern Africa have involved strategic communication and member engagement, while participation on the AfCFTA Youth Advisory Council emphasizes Muzi's commitment to empowering youth in Intra-African Trade. Muzi holds a Master's degree in International Relations from Gujarat University and has a solid academic foundation with a Bachelor's degree from North-West University and a diploma from the Institute of Development Management in Eswatini.
