Emeka Onyia

Emeka Onyia is an experienced professional in innovation and product development, currently serving at the African Export-Import Bank (Afreximbank) since February 2017, where leadership in launching digital products such as PAPSS, MANSA, and the Africa Trade Gateway has been demonstrated, along with orchestrating partnerships with central banks and government entities to enhance African trade. Prior roles include Digital Programme Manager and Programme Manager at the Royal Bank of Scotland from June 2015 to April 2017, and Senior Technology Manager at Visa from 2007 to June 2015, where a focus on digital product portfolio management and data monetization initiatives was prevalent. Emeka's career commenced as a Senior Information Technology Consultant at Accenture from 2004 to July 2007. Emeka holds an MSc in Engineering Business Management from the University of Warwick and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Software Engineering from the University of Birmingham.
