Previously, they worked as the General Manager - Account & Finance and GM - Accounts & Finance at jagson International. CA Pran Nath also held the role of Managing Partner at Singhvastava & Associates and worked as a DGM Finance at Achievers Builders Pvt. Ltd. In addition, they served as a DGM Finance at Richa Industries Limited, where they were responsible for various financial tasks such as balance sheet finalization, income tax assessment, and statutory compliance. Prior to that, they worked as a Sr. Manager - Finance at A.N. Buildwell and as an Account Manager at Saveena Enterprises Pvt. Ltd.

CA Pran Nath Singh completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Accounting and Finance from Vinoba Bhave University. CA Pran Nath then went on to pursue a CA (Chartered Accountant) degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, where they studied from 2000 to 2005.
