Audrey Lawson currently serves as the Group Internal Controller at African Guarantee Fund since June 2020. Prior experience includes a role in Financial & Accounting Advisory Services at EY from November 2016 to June 2020, and a position as a Financial Analyst at Banque de France from April 2016 to September 2016. Additionally, Audrey held the title of Junior Auditor at Deloitte, working in both France and RDC from July 2014 to June 2015. Earlier experience includes an internship as a Junior Consultant at Antidox in 2013 and as an attorney assistant in a law firm in 2009. Audrey holds a Law degree in Private law from NEOMA Business School and Université de Reims Champagne-Ardenne, obtained between 2012 and 2015.

The African Guarantee Fund for Small and Medium Enterprises (AGF) contributes to the promotion of economic development vital for prosperity, stability and poverty reduction in Africa by enabling SMEs have increased access to financing. AGF has two lines of activities: the guarantee activity and the capacity building activity. Through our guarantee facility, we assists banks to partially cover the risks associated with SME lending and thus enable them increase their portfolio in that sector. Through our capacity development facility, we assist banks enhance their SME banking capabilities and thus be able to execute their SME banking strategies with ease.
