Uduak Uko has worked in a variety of roles in the finance and accounting industry since 2002. In 2002, they began their career as an Audit Trainee at Walter Ibiok and Co. Chartered Accountants in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State. Uduak then worked as a Customer Service Personnel at OCEANIC BANK INT'L PLC in 2007. In 2008, they were a Customer Service/ Administrative Officer at karROX Technologies & Training Limited in Ogba-Lagos. From 2012 to 2016, they worked as Office Manager at Sunclean Drycleaning Limited in Surulere. From 2016 to 2019, they were an Auditor at Mojibola Oluwa & Co. Chartered Accountants. Since 2021, they have been a Finance Officer at African Leadership Group, where their responsibilities include opening and closing company accounts, managing authorized signatories, managing petty cash, and liaising with banks to resolve company issues.

Uduak Uko completed a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Banking and Finance from the University of Uyo in 2006. Prior to that, they obtained their SSCE from Command Secondary School, Ipaja in 1997. Uduak attended Gideon International Children School, Isolo from 1985 to 1991.
