Hadja Ba

Hadja BA serves as the Chief Financial Officer at The African Leadership University since December 2021. Previously, Hadja held multiple leadership positions at Touch, a fintech company, from February 2017 to October 2021, including Group CFO and Chief Strategy Officer, overseeing various strategic and financial functions across several African countries. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Accor from February 2008 to December 2016, culminating in the role of Director for Management Control & Business Analysis for Africa & the Indian Ocean, and earlier positions focusing on internal audit and business analysis. Hadja's career began with Ernst & Young as a Senior Financial Auditor from October 2004 to March 2007. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from École des Mines de Saint-Étienne and a Master of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal.
