Wendy Luhabe is an experienced board member and chairman with a significant history of leadership in various organizations. Currently serving as a Board Member for Richemont and Chairman of the Board for Pepkor Holdings Limited, Libstar, and The African Leadership University, Luhabe has been influential in guiding corporate governance and strategic direction. Previously, Luhabe held positions as an Independent Director at World Rugby and as a Board Member at IMD. As the founder of the Women Private Equity Fund, Luhabe pioneered investments in women-owned enterprises. Luhabe's leadership spanned a decade as Chairman of the Board at the Industrial Development Corporation of SA Ltd. and the International Marketing Council of South Africa, as well as serving as Chairman at Vodacom during a key growth period for the company.
