African Plant Nutrition Institute (APNI)
Sara Lamsili is currently serving as the Junior Project Communication Manager at the African Plant Nutrition Institute (APNI) since February 2024. Prior experience includes a role as Project and Communication Officer at ONG Echos Communication, where responsibilities involved promoting gender equality and women's economic empowerment across Morocco, Senegal, and Burkina Faso, alongside managing project communication activities and international events. Additionally, Sara held the position of Desk Officer at the Moroccan Ministry of Foreign Affairs, focusing on English and Portuguese-speaking West African countries, and worked as a Project Assistant at the Hanns Seidel Foundation, contributing to research and policy documentation on democratic transitions and economic development in Morocco. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in International Politics from KU Leuven and a Bachelor of Arts in International/Global Studies from Al Akhawayn University.

The African Plant Nutrition Institute (APNI) is a newly created not-for-profit research and education organization. APNI currently has four offices. The headquarters is located at the Mohammed VI Polytechnic University (UM6P) in Benguérir, Morocco. Additional offices are located in Settat, Morocco (APNI North Africa Office), Nairobi, Kenya (APNI East and Southern Africa Office), and Yamoussoukro, Côte d’Ivoire (APNI West Africa Office).
