Daniel Mwanga is a statistician with interest in joint modeling of longitudinal and time-to-event outcomes, spatial modeling, computational statistics, impact evaluation studies and use of new technologies to automate data collection and management systems.
He currently works with the Data Science and Evaluation team, mainly on the Epilepsy Pathway Innovation in Africa (EPInA) project supporting data management and statistical analysis. He is pursuing a PhD at the University of Nairobi in Mathematical Statistics focusing on joint models of longitudinal and time-to-event outcomes for Epilepsy in Sub-Saharan Africa.
