Henry Owoko

Monitoring, Evaluation & Research Officer at APHRC

Henry works in the Data Measurement and Evaluation Unit. He supports the design, coordination, and management of monitoring and impact evaluation projects at the center.

His expertise is in policy and program monitoring and evaluation, particularly in planning and policymaking by improving the links between policy interventions and their outcomes and impact, learning, and enhancing policies’ efficiency and effectiveness.

Prior to joining APHRC, Henry worked with Innovations for Poverty Action Kenya as a field officer. He joined APHRC in 2018 as a field staff under the Nairobi Urban Health and Demographic Surveillance System (NUHDSS).

Henry is pursuing a Master of Public Policy and Management degree from Strathmore University. He holds a post-graduate certification in Program Monitoring and Evaluation, and a bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Diplomacy from Maseno University, Kenya.
