Lillian Okoth

Lillian Okoth is an experienced professional with a strong background in human resources and administration. Currently serving as the Head of Corporate Functions and Human Resources Manager at the African Population and Health Research Center since July 2004, Lillian oversees staffing activities, training and development initiatives, and staff welfare programs. Previously, Lillian held the position of Regional Administrative Officer at Agence France Presse from February 1998 to June 2004, where responsibilities included human resources management, accounting, client management, and administration. Lillian holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from the University of Nairobi and a Bachelor of Education in French and Economics from Moi University.
