William Sila

William Sila currently serves as the Communications Manager in the Visibility Unit at the African Population and Health Research Center, where responsibilities include enhancing the Center’s brand and corporate communications. Previous experience includes roles as Communications and Public Information Assistant in the Office of the Special Envoy for the Great Lakes Region, Communications and Knowledge Management Officer at UNDP, and Head of Communications and Advocacy for INERELA+. William has also worked as an Assistant Public Communications Officer at the Kenya Copyright Board and as a Communications Trainee at the Communications Authority of Kenya. William Sila holds a Doctor of Philosophy in International Studies and a Master of Arts in International Studies from the University of Nairobi, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics from Moi University.
