Refiloe Nkadimeng

Refiloe is a non-independent and non-executive director of ARC Investments.

She serves as the Chief Financial Officer for both Ubuntu-Botho Investments as well as African Rainbow Capital. She is a CA(SA) with more than 16 years professional experience and 10 years board experience spread, across diverse industries, including financial and property management services, mining services and supplies, tourism, automotive and engineering. She has experience of serving as chairperson of finance committees and member of audit and risk committees.

Refiloe previously held the positions of Chief Financial Officer at Royal Bafokeng Holdings as well as Thebe Investments.
