Hugues Toto

Hughes Toto is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in finance and engineering, currently serving as the Directeur général at Rawsur Life SA and as a Board Member at the African Trade Insurance Agency. Previously, Hughes held various significant positions, including Chairman of the Board at the Agence Nationale pour la Promotion des Investissements from February 2015 to November 2022, and Director at Entreprise Générale Malta Forrest. Hughes has a strong background in the cement industry, having worked with Cimenterie de Lukala in several roles, including Chief Financial Officer and Deputy CEO. A graduate from the Université de Mons Hainaut in Belgium with a degree in Commercial Engineering, Hughes began a professional journey in 1998 at the Banque de Commerce et Développement in Kinshasa.
