Jackline Onchuru

Jackline Onchuru is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in people and culture management across diverse sectors. Currently serving as Senior Manager of People and Culture at the African Wildlife Foundation since November 2022, Jackline has previously held key positions at ActionAid from 2019 to January 2024, including Regional HROD Africa and Interim Head of People and Culture. Additional experience includes roles as HR Manager for East Africa at Syngenta from May 2013 to 2018, Human Resource and Administration Manager at MTN Business Kenya from October 2011 to April 2013, and Senior Human Resource Advisor at KPMG Kenya from January 2002 to August 2011, where expertise in talent management and compensation and benefit surveys was developed.
