Rebecca Goodman

Rebecca Goodman serves as the Director of External Affairs for North America at the African Wildlife Foundation since April 2021. Prior experience includes a six-year tenure as Director at the Africa Biodiversity Collaborative Group, where Rebecca led initiatives focused on biodiversity conservation and program development, particularly in collaboration with USAID. Other roles encompass technical consulting for a food security initiative, directing West Africa programs for Trees for the Future, and advising on environmental governance with the U.S. Forest Service. With a robust background in community engagement and program management across various international organizations, Rebecca holds advanced degrees in International Environmental Policy and Management, alongside studies in European Studies and Biological Sciences.
