Brian Baltimore

Brian Baltimore, PMP is currently the Chief Projects Officer at Africell Angola, responsible for optimizing business processes and improving operational efficiency. Prior to his current role, he served as the Chief Financial Officer at Afrimoney and as a Managing Partner at The Telikka Group. Brian has extensive experience in project finance, advisory services, and strategic management in the energy sector in Africa. He has also worked at Deloitte, Early Power Limited, Nexant, ACWA Power, and other organizations where he focused on developing independent power projects, negotiating key project documents, and managing diverse teams. Brian holds a MA in International Finance from The Fletcher School at Tufts University, MA in Economic Development & Political Economy from The Ohio State University, and a BA in Economics & Political Science from Capital University.
