Ziad Layous

Ziad Layous is the Director of Engineering at Africell Angola since November 2021. Prior to this role, Ziad held positions at Africell Uganda as the Core Network Director from January 2016 to November 2021, and at Africell SL from March 2009 to December 2015 where he worked his way up from Senior Core Engineer to Core Head of Section. Ziad completed his Master 2 in Hyper frequency at Ecole Nationale d'Ingénieurs de Saint-Etienne in 2008 and received his degree in Telecommunication Engineering from Université Antonine in 2007.
