Denis Khakimov is a finance professional with extensive experience in corporate finance, investment banking, and operational leadership. Currently serving as the Group Corporate Finance Director at Africell Group since January 2024, Denis previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Oxyzn from May 2023 to January 2024, focusing on a SaaS employee well-being platform. Prior to this, Denis spent nearly four years at Bank of America Merrill Lynch as a Director, specializing in M&A, capital raising, and restructuring deals within the FinTech, banking, and wealth management sectors. Denis also served as Vice President at BNP Paribas from April 2010 to April 2019, where responsibilities included M&A transactions across various industries. Early career experiences include a summer internship at Goldman Sachs in 2008 and the founding of HSE Shop and MindWrestling. Denis holds a Master's degree in Finance from Università Bocconi and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
