Ganesh Venkatachalam

Ganesh Venkatachalam currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Afriglobal Medicare, a position held since August 2022. Prior to this, Ganesh has extensive experience at Medall, starting in February 2012, where roles included Senior Vice President of Operations and GM of QA & Process Excellence. Experience also includes significant operational leadership at Firstsource Solutions Limited from February 2009 to February 2012, where Ganesh held roles such as GM of Process Excellence & Service Excellence and DGM of Process Excellence. Earlier career highlights include working as Deputy General Manager of Quality Assurance at Lason from June 1999 to February 2009 and serving as Co-ordinator of Quality Assurance at Vetri Software India Ltd in 1996-1997. Ganesh's educational background includes a PGD in Quality Management from Anna University Chennai and a Master’s in Applied Chemistry from Thiagarajar College of Engineering. Additionally, Ganesh holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from PSG College of Arts and Sciences.
