Jennifer Egbukole (Nee Baje) holds a Master's degree in International Law and Diplomacy from the University of Lagos and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Ahmadu Bello University. Currently serving as the HR & Business Development Manager at Afriland Properties Plc since December 2018, Jennifer brings extensive experience from previous roles, including Manager at Mitsun Group and Human Resources Generalist at Zenith Bank Plc. Additionally, Jennifer worked as a Marketing Officer at G & M REALTY. Jennifer has obtained certifications such as the Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHRI) and holds professional credentials as a Senior Professional in Human Resources International (SPHRi). Competencies include strategic focus development, marketing, relationship management, and management of rented and leased properties.
