Bonga R Nkomo is an experienced industrial engineer currently working at Afrimat since July 2023. Previously, Bonga served as a graduate student at CRH-Africa from July 2022 to July 2023 and completed an industrial engineering internship at CCSA from March 2016 to April 2017, where efforts focused on developing and implementing lean manufacturing plans aimed at waste elimination and operational efficiency. In addition, Bonga gained experience as a vacation student at Eskom in December 2013. Bonga holds a Bachelor of Technology in Industrial Engineering (2018 - 2019) and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering Technology Honours in Industrial Engineering at the University of South Africa, expected to be completed in February 2024, along with a Senior Certificate in Physical Sciences from Mahhushe Agricultural High School (2005 - 2009).
