Collin Ramukhubathi

Collin Ramukhubathi is an experienced executive in the fields of human resources and sustainability, currently serving as Executive Director and Executive Head of HR and Sustainability at Afrimat since November 2009. Ramukhubathi has held various significant roles within the company, including General Manager of Sustainability, overseeing health, safety, environmental, quality issues, and compliance for Afrimat Limited and its subsidiaries. Prior experience includes managing mineral resources compliance and quarry operations. In addition to roles at Afrimat, Ramukhubathi is Chairman of the ASPASA Office and Non-Executive Director at Andani Ash Suppliers. Earlier work includes positions at Portland Quarry, AfriSam, and Basil Read. Collin Ramukhubathi holds an MBA from Stellenbosch University and the University of the Witwatersrand, along with a B Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Johannesburg.
