Othmane Farik

Othmane Farik is a professional with experience in logistics and customer service, currently serving as a Superviseur on site and Responsable de cellule at Afriquia SMDC since November 2022, overseeing operations in the control tower linked directly to the group's logistics. Previously, Othmane held roles at Akwa Group from April 2021 to August 2024, where responsibilities included supervising order services, managing customer service, and handling large account orders and complaints. Othmane began career development as a database manager and management controller intern at Akwa Group from July 2019 to January 2020. Academically, Othmane holds a Licence professionnelle in Management et Marketing digital from ENCG Casablanca and a Diplôme d'études universitaires scientifiques et techniques in Mathematics and Computer Science from Faculté des Sciences et Techniques Mohammedia.
