Carsten Pietras

Carsten Pietras is the Head of Department for client consultancy at AFRY, overseeing projects focused on sustainable and strategic construction in Herlev, Aarhus, and Bornholm. With extensive experience as a leader, mediator, and project manager, Carsten has worked on EU tenders, public-private partnerships, and organizational development, advising both public and private sectors on various construction-related projects. Prior to AFRY, Carsten held director-level positions at several firms, including Leif Hansen bygherrerådgivning and Ramboll, where they specialized in facilities management and construction consultancy. Carsten holds a certificate in mediation and conflict resolution, further enhancing their expertise in project development and risk analysis.
