Emmi Hietanen

Emmi Hietanen is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in business controlling and project accounting. Currently serving as Team Leader for Accounts Payable and Project Accounting at AFRY since August 2017, Emmi played a key role in establishing the Finance Service Centre in Vantaa, Finland, which supports global internal customers. Prior to this role, Emmi worked at Pöyry as a Business Controller, responsible for multiple business units' reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and project controlling from June 2014 to January 2018. Emmi's earlier career includes positions at Nordic Morning, where diverse management accounting tasks were performed, starting as an Accounts Payable Manager before advancing to roles such as Business Controller and Financial Assistant. Emmi holds a Master of Business Administration from Metropolia University of Applied Sciences, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration, both focused on business development and economics.
